Price Per Head USA has a simple yet professional design that allows people to trust their services on the first impression basis. I like how the layout looks because it isn’t highly packed with images, and it gets down to the point. I use High Speed, but even Dialup users shouldn’t have problems with a load up.

Many sports available for your players to wager, including Auto racing, Boxing, Tennis and Golf. There is Horse Racing, Digital Casino and even Live Dealer Casino – quite a rare feature for a pph call center. For every sport offered PricePerHeadUSA.com  has a large selection of betting options, including parleys, if bets, round robins, teasers, reverses, props, 1st halves, halftimes and money lines. No complaints here.

I couldn’t find any information on the pricing, so I called their customer service number. Finally, somebody talking in plain English! That’s what my players like too. The price is very competitive – $10 per person via internet and $17 over the phone. It might be even less if you have a lot of players.

Service is available 7 days a week. You can call their phone number or email them. What I really liked is that they have 5 different e-mail addresses for Technical support, Administration, Customer Service, Agent Care and Marketing.

I really like PricePerHeadUSA.com, how organized and easy it is. It’s one of my favorite pph call centers, definitely in the top 5.

BookemDirect is a licensed price per head call center operating in Costa Rica. It has a really nice design, pleasing and not stressful to your eyes. Fast loading and easy to browse with all the links towards the left side and at the top.

There are a few inconsistencies on the website that caught my attention. First, ‘Our management consists of well-known and respected individuals’. If they are well known, I’m not exactly sure where it is that they are well known… no doubt about being respected though. Second, ‘We have been in operation for just over 10 years now’. My research showed they were established in October 2001, and that statement was written no later than 2007. But I guess everybody exaggerates when it comes to experience. Anyways, they’ve been in business long enough. It’s actually the oldest price per head call center I’m aware of.

There is a decent amount of sports available at BookemDirect.com including Football, Soccer, Baseball and Horse Racing. In addition, they offer online casino with no percentage commission. I really like that.

There are a few betting options here that will make the average gambler happy, including Straight bets, Parlays, Teasers, Reverse bets and Round Robins. While there aren’t that many, they still take care of the basics of sports gambling.

I have to say the fees at Bookem Direct are ones of the highest in the industry. $28 per person over the phone, which goes down to $25 with 100 players, and $22 per person via internet. But remember, they are the oldest ones in business!

Customer service, as I expected, was excellent. They have phone and e-mail support as well as online form which is responded within 12 hours.

In conclusion, this is definitely a great option for those who don’t mind investing an extra buck for quality. Experience just speaks for itself.

My first impression of the website is good; a nice design, pleasing to the eyes. The load time is a little slower than an average site. Dial up users will have some trouble opening the page if they aren’t patient. Many images on the site slow it down greatly. This is in contrast to the current trend for gambling-related companies that are currently opting for more easy to use interfaces instead of slow loading fancy layouts.

The website is pretty easy to navigate, although it is definitely lacking some basic information. You will find plenty of relevant text everywhere you click, but very little to the point. ‘About us’ and ‘Contact us’ sections say anything but what the page topic indicates. Nothing is mentioned about where the company is located.

Customer service at 24-7bookie.com is decent, although there is only one phone number and one e-mail address (you have to look for it). They have 24/7 customer support and English speaking stuff, but who doesn’t? Nothing about bilingual employees is mentioned.

24-7bookie.com uses a basic gambling structure with standard betting options, so an average bookie agent shouldn’t have any problems.

Other missing information includes the price. I had to contact them to find out it’s $18 per head over the phone and $13 over the internet, which makes it one of the lowest in the industry. In addition, the price goes down if you have over a hundred players.

If you are an average bookie agent looking for an average pay per head service provider and want to pay lower price,   then this is a decent choice.

This is another offshore pay per head sportsbook where the load time suffers greatly unless your connection is high speed. Dialup users will have to have patience when accessing Eagledp because they do have a fancy layout.

Navigation is very simple, as they have the Agents Login towards the top right. A lot of links in the middle of the site which can be a nuisance, but nothing too gaudy. It starts with a page where you can choose your language. If I’m not mistaken, besides English there are Vietnamese and one of Chinese dialects offered.

I wasn’t able to find either betting options or sports offered on the website, so I contacted their customer service. There is plenty of service options here. They have a Live Chat feature where people can click a link and get instant help, then there is phone support, e-mail and fax. Their email service took almost 12 hours though which is so-so…

Anyways, a majority of sports are available including Basketball, Football, Soccer, and Hockey. Casino and Horse Racing are free.

I would have probably signed up with them if it wasn’t for the price. $15 per person via internet is acceptable, but $27 over the phone… I don’t think so. You might get a slightly better price, but only if you have over 300 players. I don’t have those numbers.

Eagledp.com would be a little higher than your average offshore pay per head. I don’t use them because I have my own provider I stick to. And I really hate overpaying.

BeAnOffshoreBookie.com price per head sportsbook has been in business since 2007 and has a very simple website. It looks like they put very little effort in creating it. The first thing you see on the home page is a picture of a half-naked girl. That’s a cheap marketing trick in my opinion, although she does look hot. Well, good for her. And I’m not a big fan of a white background either, that’s stressful to the eyes. The writing also seems kind of careless: overused statements and often a lack of punctuation.

Navigation is very easy, probably because there is almost nothing to navigate there. A few links on the left, that’s it. There are only two options to contact them: a phone number and an online form; no address, no e-mail. ‘Customer Service’ section doesn’t give any additional contact information, but it has a picture of a pretty girl instead. I have to admit, that picture made me call them right away. Unfortunately, there was a guy that answered the phone… Anyways, customer service is pretty decent, nothing to complain about here. I signed up with them and placed a couple of players, they didn’t have any complaints either.

BeAnOffshoreBookie.com offers many of the major sports including Basketball, Football, Baseball, Hockey and Soccer. Not so many betting options though, just the most basic ones. They also have free racebook and casino.

The price is hardly competitive here, to say the least. It’s $22 per head without any difference between phone and internet players. I don’t think it’s fair since it’s cheaper for the company to handle customers that only use internet, and most price per head sportsbooks take that into consideration.

On the whole, Be an Offshore Bookie is a reliable pph service provider.

Loading time  for this site is very slow and the layout isn’t too good. My first impression of perplayer.com sportsbook solution was disappointing, and the only reason I tried it out was because I heard they had decent service.
The website is quite primitive, 5 boxes on top, that’s it. No ‘About us’ or ‘Contact us’ links, which is pretty careless in my opinion.

There is one contact number on the top of the page, no e-mail, no address. I didn’t feel like contacting them, so I can’t comment on their customer support.

As far as the website shows, the only sports perplayer.com offers are football, baseball, basketball and hockey. They do have online casino, not sure about horse racing though. Nothing about betting options either.

The price is affordable, 15 bucks per player. That’s not bad if most of your players use the phone. In case most of them use internet, or if you have a lot of players, there are better bookie solutions out there.

Overall this sportsbook solution seems a little iffy. They are pretty new too, less than 1 year in business. Although their site says ‘50 plus years of the sports betting business’, not sure what they mean by that. But once again, I didn’t use them personally, but heard from other people they got decent service.

PayPerHead sportsbook software provider is located in Panama City, Panama, the banking capital of Latin America, as stated on the website.

My first impression is OK… nothing pops-out at me, just a standard site. There are a few websites similar to this one, but with semi different layouts, so the navigation might be seen on multiple sites. Loading time is decent on dialup connections.

All major sports are available at PayPerHead.com including Basketball, Football, Baseball, Hockey, Soccer, and Golf. Like every other betting PPH site, it supplies you with various betting options, offers horse racing and on-line casino, so no complaints here.  The main promotion offered is 50% sign up bonus or 1 free week for your players.

Now let’s get to the fees. As most sportsbook software providers, they don’t state prices on the website, so I contacted their customer service phone number. Here is what I found out: $20 per player over the internet and $25 over the phone, if you have over 50 players. This is a way above average! In addition, casino is not free, it’s extra 6 bucks per customer. Damn!

I’ve dealt with their customer service representatives on several occasions and their English level leaves much for improvement. It definitely doesn’t compensate for such high fees

Overall, Pay Per Head is not the worst option out there. I really like the way it looks and feels when navigating. However, you won’t have any difficulty finding better customer service and much better price.

My first impression of RealPricePerHead offshore sportsbook outsourcing was extremely high. I really love the way this looks. The unique design and page layout immediately caught my eye. But then I started reading… Last sentence on the home page says ‘That why we focus so much on Quality”. Further on, the English gets even worse. That just doesn’t sound like quality to me!

Navigation is easy, but there isn’t really much to navigate. Neither betting options nor available sports are mentioned on the website. The only thing that’s clear – free horsebook.

The over-the-internet price is very competitive – $14 per player. I can’t say the same about over-the-phone price, though. It’s $23 per head. But the good thing is, you get a better price if you bring in more players. It can go as low as $9 over the internet and $17 over the phone if you have over 300 players.

Customer service at RealPricePerHead.com is fairly decent. I contacted them via e-mail and they replied within 24 hours, got down to the point of my questions in almost grammatically correct language.

Overall, this is just another average offshore sportsbook outsourcing. Nothing serious to complain about, but I’d prefer a higher level of language skills both for customer service representatives and sales employees.

PricePerHead is very nice to look at. I thought this was very professional, although highly packed with images and videos, which can effect the loading time.

Navigation is really nice with everything on the left side and towards the top, including the sign up box. There are sites similar to this layout, so one shouldn’t have any troubles navigating here.

First thing that caught my eye was A Free Week Trial, something not every price per head business offers. However, when clicking the Fees box, I found a 7-paragraph sales pitch constantly repeating ‘low fees’, ‘low costs’ and so on, but not giving a single number. Then, while checking the FAQ’s box I came across the following: ‘The amount of money that you have to pay is based mainly on the number of clients you have’.

When I contacted their info e-mail with some questions, they replied the next day, but didn’t give any answers. Instead they gave me a phone number to call them for more information (a number that doesn’t appear anywhere on the website, by the way). So what’s the point in listing info e-mail on the website, if they won’t give you any info?

With an extra effort I finally found out, they charge $20 per player over the internet and $25 over the phone, if you have more than 50 players. That’s the most information I was able to get out of them.

Neither Betting options nor Sports offered are mentioned on the website. I guess you should contact there customer support for that information as well. Good luck!

My personal opinion is that the website of any price per head business should include more information. But once you get past the information-acquiring stage, you’ll see the service they provide is pretty decent.

PricePerHead.com has many happy clients so there is no serious reason not to use them appart from the high prices they charge.

PayPerHeadPro is one of the newest pph data processing companies located in Costa Rica. They were registered in the beginning of this year.

The web page has good clean look, contents are nicely arranged for easy browsing, the loading time is very fast.

When looking at this website I can see they put an extra effort here. There is a lot of information, plenty of links everywhere, must be around 200 pages. The content is a little bit over the top and even awkward. It’s filled with words like ‘drastically’, ‘dramatically’, ‘excellence’,’ obsession’ and so on. One of my favorite quotes would be: ‘Nobody in this business can out work our team behind the scenes’. All the writing resembles a really pushy sales pitch. And man, there is a lot of writing!

Payperheadpro.com offers all kinds of betting options and sports to bet on. That should satisfy the most of your hardcore gamblers!

The price given on the website is $13, which is not bad at all. It doesn’t indicate, however, whether it’s over-the-phone or over-the-internet. I contacted their customer service for more information. My e-mail was never replied, so I called them up. Not easy to get through, but maybe you’ll have better luck.

As I suspected, $13 per person is the internet price. Over the phone it’s $18. Not bad either.

It seems like Payperheadpro.com pph data processing does the job, but they could be a bit more efficient with answering e-mails and phone calls. Maybe they just need more experience. I’ll check back with them later.
