Pay per Head Outsourcing Review

Welcome to my site, my name is Thomas and I have been using pay per head services for the last 8 years. I've used so many different sites, I feel I've put at least a couple of players in virtually every pay per head shop in existence (and some which no longer exist too).

I must say that getting a bad provider can cause such a huge hassle, that the financial loss is almost not that bad. I've lost over $30k when Dalton's place went down. But compared with the headache of loosing all records of my players... that isn't that bad. After all, can you imagine what a nightmare it was to settle 100s of bets with no records?

Fortunately, this industry is maturing. Most providers have double and even triple redundancy lines and power backups. The operators have consolidated and there are some truly huge shops out there, which allow for much lower prices without sacrificing much quality. The only real problem in selecting a good pay per head provider is deciding which to choose out of the many offerings available for people seeking sportsbook business solutions.

Best Wishes,
-- Thomas, Pay per Head Advocate

My first impression of RealPricePerHead offshore sportsbook outsourcing was extremely high. I really love the way this looks. The unique design and page layout immediately caught my eye. But then I started reading… Last sentence on the home page says ‘That why we focus so much on Quality”. Further on, the English gets even worse. That just doesn’t sound like quality to me!

Navigation is easy, but there isn’t really much to navigate. Neither betting options nor available sports are mentioned on the website. The only thing that’s clear – free horsebook.

The over-the-internet price is very competitive – $14 per player. I can’t say the same about over-the-phone price, though. It’s $23 per head. But the good thing is, you get a better price if you bring in more players. It can go as low as $9 over the internet and $17 over the phone if you have over 300 players.

Customer service at RealPricePerHead.com is fairly decent. I contacted them via e-mail and they replied within 24 hours, got down to the point of my questions in almost grammatically correct language.

Overall, this is just another average offshore sportsbook outsourcing. Nothing serious to complain about, but I’d prefer a higher level of language skills both for customer service representatives and sales employees.

PricePerHead is very nice to look at. I thought this was very professional, although highly packed with images and videos, which can effect the loading time.

Navigation is really nice with everything on the left side and towards the top, including the sign up box. There are sites similar to this layout, so one shouldn’t have any troubles navigating here.

First thing that caught my eye was A Free Week Trial, something not every price per head business offers. However, when clicking the Fees box, I found a 7-paragraph sales pitch constantly repeating ‘low fees’, ‘low costs’ and so on, but not giving a single number. Then, while checking the FAQ’s box I came across the following: ‘The amount of money that you have to pay is based mainly on the number of clients you have’.

When I contacted their info e-mail with some questions, they replied the next day, but didn’t give any answers. Instead they gave me a phone number to call them for more information (a number that doesn’t appear anywhere on the website, by the way). So what’s the point in listing info e-mail on the website, if they won’t give you any info?

With an extra effort I finally found out, they charge $20 per player over the internet and $25 over the phone, if you have more than 50 players. That’s the most information I was able to get out of them.

Neither Betting options nor Sports offered are mentioned on the website. I guess you should contact there customer support for that information as well. Good luck!

My personal opinion is that the website of any price per head business should include more information. But once you get past the information-acquiring stage, you’ll see the service they provide is pretty decent.

PricePerHead.com has many happy clients so there is no serious reason not to use them appart from the high prices they charge.

PayPerHeadPro is one of the newest pph data processing companies located in Costa Rica. They were registered in the beginning of this year.

The web page has good clean look, contents are nicely arranged for easy browsing, the loading time is very fast.

When looking at this website I can see they put an extra effort here. There is a lot of information, plenty of links everywhere, must be around 200 pages. The content is a little bit over the top and even awkward. It’s filled with words like ‘drastically’, ‘dramatically’, ‘excellence’,’ obsession’ and so on. One of my favorite quotes would be: ‘Nobody in this business can out work our team behind the scenes’. All the writing resembles a really pushy sales pitch. And man, there is a lot of writing!

Payperheadpro.com offers all kinds of betting options and sports to bet on. That should satisfy the most of your hardcore gamblers!

The price given on the website is $13, which is not bad at all. It doesn’t indicate, however, whether it’s over-the-phone or over-the-internet. I contacted their customer service for more information. My e-mail was never replied, so I called them up. Not easy to get through, but maybe you’ll have better luck.

As I suspected, $13 per person is the internet price. Over the phone it’s $18. Not bad either.

It seems like Payperheadpro.com pph data processing does the job, but they could be a bit more efficient with answering e-mails and phone calls. Maybe they just need more experience. I’ll check back with them later.

My first impression was simply a basic impression. It doesn’t use the highest in design, but it gets down to business. It loaded fast for me when I was using both Dialup and High Speed. Navigation is really easy, the menu is on the left and all the links are in there. I’m not a big fan of white background, it hurts my eyes, but I know most people don’t mind.

The website looks more like a regular sportsbook for amateur gamblers, rather than a price per head shop. There are links like Betting Terms and Betting Manual… Pretty unnecessary for an experienced bookie agent. On the other hand, important information like pph fees, is missing. I even looked through the FAQs section, but nothing on the fees there either. However, I came across the following frequently asked question: ‘How long have you been operating for?’ And the answer is: ‘PPHGlobal was established in 2007 as one of the first offshore sportsbooks with a complete service for clients the world over.’ I don’t consider myself an expert in offshore sportsbooks, but I’m sure they are at least 10 years late with that statement.

There is a majority of sports available via pphglobal.com including Basketball, NFL, Baseball, Hockey, Soccer, and even boxing. Your typical betting options, nothing extraordinary here.

Next, as you might guess, I decided to try out their customer support. There is only one phone number and one e-mail address to contact them. I sent an e-mail and they replied only in 24 hours.

As it turned out, they charge between $20 and $14 per player, depending on the number of players you have. That’s both over the phone and internet. So it might be not a bad option if all of your players wager over the phone. If most of them use internet, you’ll definitely get a better deal elsewhere.

In conclusion, PphGlobal is your average price per head shop. It is below a dedicated bookie agent standards though.
